Keteke Ghana visits Mampehia M/A Basic School
> Keteke Ghana, a student organization based at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) on Friday, 30th September, 2016 visited Mampehia M/A Basic School in the Ga South Municipality of Greater Accra Region as part of its mission to support and promote humanitarianism among students. Remarkably, I was part of the Team and this was my very time embarking on a volunteering mission upon entering the Tertiary as a fresher. The group, after engaging the students in their various classes donated to the School, which stationery and other relevant materials for teaching and learning. Meanwhile, Gabriel Obodai Torgbor-Ashong of Metro TV fame, who doubles as a founding member was available to take coverage after an initial ‘expose’ of school’s situation.
